Firmware update 10.4.C.0.814 has been released for the T-Mobile US Xperia Z, which brings Android 4.3 to the device.

Previously the Xperia Z was only stuck on 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, so the slight upgrade is probably a welcome relief to US T-Mobile users. However, it should be noted that the unlocked version of the Xperia Z has already received Android 4.4.2 KitKat, so T-Mobile US Xperia Z owners are still behind the times.

If you haven't resorted to the custom ROM route to get your Xperia Z up to the the software times, then you should be able to update your phone over the air by going into the settings and updating the software.
