The solution for the ASUS A46CM series machine not to power on is as follows:

1. Remove the memory and try reinstalling.

2. Check whether there is a "reset" hole at the bottom of the machine.

There is a "reset" hole-->reset the computer.

There is no "reset" hole-->Contact ASUS service center for inspection.
