The solutions to ASUS UX21E series camera failures are as follows:

1. The camera driver cannot be installed

Install the driver according to the PID number of the camera device, or reinstall the system and then install the driver.

　(1) The driver was installed successfully-->Operating system problem

　(2) The driver could not be installed successfully-->Contact ASUS service center for testing

2. The head image is not displayed

Install the driver according to the PID number of the camera device.

3. The camera shortcut key function is invalid

Try installing the ATK driver to see if the problem can be solved. If not, reinstall the system and then install the driver.

4. The camera image is upside down

Setting image flip in Lifeframe --> Lifeframe software setting problem.
